terms and conditions for pro forma orders:
once payment is received and your order is placed, you will not
receive a refund, when you have paid for your order we then in-turn place it with our manufacturer.
if you
cancel your order once you have paid, unfortunately we cannot refund your money, but your goods will be delivered to
you and will be your responsibility.
you may be advised of a delivery date but as alway please check with
us as your date may slip due to the manufacturing process. it is your responsibility to contact us to check on your
order.
terms for non pro forma orders
when you place
an order with, we will intern place an order with our manufacturers. you are then liable for the cost or the order.
if however you cancel the order before you receive it you will still be liable for the full amount. the items will be
delivered to the address required and become your responsibility

for all orders:
if you wish to cancel your order, you will still be liable for the full
cost of the order value placed.
